
The mascot of Beard Papa is based on the grandfather of founder Yuji Hirota, who grew up with cream puffs or “choux cream” in Osaka, Japan. The name of the company is Muginoho, which is privately held.
Cream puffs are very delicate must be eaten immediately! If refrigerated, they may keep for close to 24 hours. The filling is a mixture of custard and whipped cream, with no preservatives added.
